The worst creatures in God’s eyes are those who are deaf and
style="text-align: justify;"dumb, and who do not use their reason
faculty. According to the Quran, the whole of
creation is based on reason. The religion revealed by God is also a rational
religion. Everyone is required to plan one’s life using reason. Those failing
to
intellectual
potential, is to die like an animal. Such a person fails to fulfill the
creation plan of God.
Reason needs to be developed. The Quran mentions several methods
for this intellectual development—study
discovery method. Islamic teachings can be summed up under two basic headings:
(1) believing in One God and worshipping Him alone; (2) regarding all human beings as equal and according equal rights to all
the Prophet Muhammad).
As far as social life is concerned, the essence of Islamic teaching is that God has granted freedom to everyone. This freedom in itself demands that people should lead their lives

MAN has been granted numerous blessings by God. The greatest
form of worship for man is the acknowledgement of these
blessings, which he expresses
as thanksgiving. Thanksgiving
is, without doubt, the greatest act of devotion, whereas not thanking
God is the worst form of impiety.
None of these divine blessings come to man with any prior
announcement
acknowledgement? There
is only one way of doing so. That is, man should constantly strive to
discover God’s blessings through contemplation, for the discovery of
divine blessings must perforce precede thanksgiving
