Prophet replied that he just wanted them to testify that there was none worthy of being served save God, and forsake all other objects of worship. His people, however, were unwilling to accept this. When

now perhaps he would accept Islam. “Uncle,” he said, “then why don’t you testify to the oneness of God, so that I may be able to intercede for you on the Day of Judgement?”8 The Prophet was sorely disappointed

without any compulsion. Acknowledgment means deep appreciation of a gift. The first blessing is that God created man and gave him a unique personality. This kind of personality is an exceptionally rare gift

al-Hudaybiyyah. Concerned that her foster mother was a polytheist, she addressed the Prophet, ‘O Messenger of God, my idolatrous (mushrik) mother has come to me and she wants something from me. Should I give it to

make peace, make peace with them, and put your trust in God. Surely, it is He who is All–Hearing and All-Knowing. Should they seek to deceive you, God is enough for you. (8:61-62) From this Quranic verse
